[EN] CFX (Call For X = Plan, Idea, Contest, BoF, Talk, etc)

AVTOKYO asks for some suggestions for an event. We need your idea for our party.

For example as an event idea, a gathering such as DEFCON's village, contest, workshop, original tool or device "show and tell/feedback" such as Black Hat arsenal, presentation, etc.

It is also OK to prepare a venue where everyone can participate remotely while drinking at the Day 1 event. For example, AVxxxxx (← local name) that gathers local friends at local venues.

We welcome new ideas for AVTOKYO 2022!

Please fill out the details and submit the below form until 24th September 2022.

AVTOKYO will review them and give the proposed time slot for the online space to the interesting proponents.


AVTOKYO 2022 Day1 and Day2 CFX

      • Date & Contents:

Day1 29th Oct. 2022 (JST) PM Online event or something, depending on your CFX idea!

Day2 3rd Nov. 2002 (JST) PM Depending on the idea such as an event (workshop or exchange meeting, etc) using the space of the venue

      • Deadline for proposal: 24th Sep. 2022 (JST 23:59)

        • We will provide Discord channel on the AVTOKYO server for each event(X).

        • We might give some support for infrastructure ...etc. contact us.

        • Up to 2 people will be invited to the Day2 venue on November 3rd (other than 2 people will have a discounted price).

AVTOKYOでは、CFXと称してオンラインイベントやワークショップやコンテストのアイデアを募集します。

例えば、BoF的な集まりを開いて友人を見つけたい（類は友を呼ぶ！）、小規模なコンテスト、その筋の専門家にしかわからないマニアックなショートプレゼン、セキュリティに関するクイズ大会、ゲーム大会、ワークショップやチュートリアル、自作ツールや自作装置のデモなど、新しいアイディアを募集します。プレゼンしたいから「俺に喋らせろ」でもウェルカムです。

Day1のイベントにみんなで飲みながら遠隔参加できる会場を用意する企画もOKです。例えば、地方の会場で地元の仲間を集めるAVxxxxx(←地方名)とか。

代表者氏名（ハンドル）と連絡先、概要、希望日、希望時間などをフォームよりお知らせください。

AVTOKYOが応募内容を選考し、場所や時間を割り振ります。

        • Day1 2022年10月29日(土)午後　オンラインでのイベント、各地でのイベントなどアイデア次第

        • Day2 2022年11月3日(木・祝)午後　オンサイト会場の空きスペースを使ったイベント(ワークショップや交流)などアイデア次第

      • 応募締め切り：2022年9月24日 (JST 23:59)

      • その他

        • 各イベント（X)ごとにDiscordでチャンネルを割り当てます

        • AVTOKYO側で支援可能なものもあるかもしれません。インフラ支援、事前頒布支援等々。ご相談ください

        • 採択グループには2名まで11/3のDay2会場へ招待します(2名以外は割引価格あり)
