[EN] CFX  (Call For X = Plan, Idea, Contest, BoF, Talk, etc.)

AVTOKYO2024 is looking  and open to any suggestions/ideas for our event this year!

Examples of event ideas:  gatherings like DEFCON's villages, contests, workshops, original tools or devices, "show and tell/feedback" like Black Hat arsenal, etc.

We welcome any ideas so feel free to fill out the details and submit your ideas in the form below by September 28th, 2024 (JST 23:59). 

AVTOKYO will review all submissions and provide time slots / locations etc. to the ones we have selected.

AVTOKYO2024 CFX

• Event Date & Contents:  

  • Date & Time: Nov. 16th, 2024, Afternoon (JST)  

  • Ideas such as workshops or exchange meetings etc. using space inside the venue is welcome

  • Ideas for things like Online and/or outside are also possible, there are no limits to the event date if you have good ideas

• Deadline for proposal: Sep. 28th, 2024 (JST 23:59)

Additional Remarks:

• We will provide a Discord channel on the AVTOKYO server for each event/idea that has been chosen.

• We may be able to provide support for infrastructure etc. so feel free to contact us at any time.

• Up to 2 people will be invited to the venue on November 16th, 2024.
  For groups with more than 2 people, we will provide discounted tickets.

AVTOKYOでは、CFXと称して楽しめるイベントやワークショップやコンテストのアイデアを募集します。

例えば、BoF的な集まりを開いて友人を見つけたい（類は友を呼ぶ！）、小規模なコンテスト、セキュリティに関するクイズ大会、ゲーム大会、ワークショップやチュートリアル、自作ツールや自作装置のデモなど、新しいアイディアを募集します。望むなら場所は会場内に限定しません。アイデア次第です！

代表者氏名（ハンドル）と連絡先、概要、希望日、希望時間などをフォームよりお知らせください。

AVTOKYOが応募内容を選考し、場所や時間を割り振ります。

      • 採択イベントごとにDiscordでチャンネルを割り当てます

      • 採択グループには2名まで11/16の会場へ招待します(2名以外は割引価格あり)
