Here at AVTOKYO, we are now accepting submissions for CFP!

Anything related to the "Computer Security" theme is welcome and we are planning to have Long Sessions (30 min) and Short (10 min) Sessions.

If you have things you'd like to share, please fill out the CFP Submission Form in the details below.

AVTOKYO2024  CFP

  • • Date & Time: Nov. 16th, 2024(Sat.) PM Open 2 pm, Start 2:30 pm - End 8 pm

    • Talk Length: Long (30 min) or Short (10min) 

• It will be an In-Person event at the venue in Tokyo.

Additional Remarks / Tips & Suggestions :

• Free entry & free drinks for speakers! :)

• We will support travel fees (details below) for speakers of Long (30 min) sessions. 

  • • From Overseas: Max 100,000 JPY

    • From Domestic: Max 50,000 JPY

• We are not planning to provide live translations.
  Therefore, if you will be presenting in English, choosing simple words in shorter sentences and speaking slowly for the Japanese audience will be recommended/appreciated! :)

• *PPT in English is desired.

• It will be very good to provide demos or present code in your presentation if possible.

• If you want the presentation to be non-disclosed or off-the-record, please let us know in advance in the remarks section of the CFP Submission form above.

• Even if tickets are "sold out", it will still be available for purchase to all CFP submitters*.
  *CFP submitter is anyone who has submitted a paper via the submission form. Whether their paper has been chosen or not will not matter.
  *CFP submitter will be able to purchase tickets for themselves, friends and family, etc.

講演枠は「ロング(基本30分)」「ショート(基本10分)」を予定しています。応募は下記をご確認いただき、フォームからお送り下さい。

• 講演者は参加無料。会場での飲食費無料 

• ロング枠講演者には交通費補助をいたします

  • 海外（上限100,000JPYの範囲の実費） 

  • 国内（上限50,000JPYの範囲の実費）

• 基本は英文資料とし、日本語で講演する場合は日本文・英文の両言語を表記した講演資料も可とします(英語・日本語共に通訳はありません)

※翻訳が必要な場合はスタッフ側ボランティアによる翻訳も「可能な限り」対応します 

• 顔出しNG、オフレコ等はRemarksに記載してください

  • CFP応募者には、チケットが売り切れている場合でも、落選者分やご家族ご友人分など必要なチケットが購入できるようにいたします
